This Privacy Policy explains how memorarem claw (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Service at memoraremclaw.com. It should be read together with our Terms of Use.

1. Who we are

memorarem claw is a hosted AI agent product under the memorarem brand. Operational and infrastructure support may involve the ibl.ai organization in the United States and service providers that help us run hosting, email, authentication, and billing.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

Account data — email address, display name, username, role, sign-in method (email code or Google), and login timestamps
Legal acceptance records — when you accept Terms/Privacy (time, IP address, and browser/user-agent)
Billing and wallet data — plan status, credit balance, purchase history, and subscription period metadata. We do not store credit/debit card numbers, CVV/CVC, bank accounts, or other sensitive payment financial data
Usage and operations data — agent activity, logs, approximate model usage, channel connection status, and technical diagnostics needed to run the platform
Content you submit — prompts, chat messages, skills, files, configs, and outputs you create or store in the Service
Credentials you choose to store — API keys, bot tokens, and similar secrets you connect for channels or integrations (stored to operate those features; some are encrypted at rest)
Device/technical data — IP address, user-agent, cookies, and basic request metadata

3. How we use information

Provide, secure, and improve the Service
Authenticate users and prevent abuse
Process subscriptions, credit purchases, and invoices
Show usage, balances, and account settings
Communicate about sign-in codes, billing, security, and material product changes
Comply with law and enforce our Terms

4. Credentials and secrets you provide

If you give agents or integrations credentials (API keys, bot tokens, passwords, etc.), those secrets are processed to fulfill your configuration. You control what you paste or connect. Misuse resulting from secrets you supply is your responsibility, as described in the Terms of Use. Avoid sharing credentials you do not want agents or connected systems to use.

5. Payments (Stripe) — what we do not store

We do not store payment cards or sensitive payment financial information. When you buy credits or subscribe, you enter payment details on Stripe’s platform (hosted checkout / Stripe payment pages). Stripe processes the payment under Stripe’s terms and privacy policy. memorarem claw only receives limited confirmation and subscription/purchase status needed to unlock credits and show your plan—not your full card number, CVV, or equivalent secrets.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar storage for:

Session / signed-in state
Remembering that you accepted Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (long-lived preference cookie)
Theme or similar UI preferences where applicable

You can clear cookies in your browser; you may be asked to accept Terms/Privacy again on the next login.

7. Sharing

We may share information with:

Processors — hosting, email delivery, Google sign-in, Stripe (payments), billing middleware, monitoring
Third-party platforms you connect — e.g. Telegram or Discord, when you authorize a bot or channel
Model / API providers — to fulfill agent requests you initiate (subject to those providers’ terms)
Legal / safety — when required by law or to protect users, the Service, or others

We do not sell your personal information.

8. Retention

We keep account and billing records as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and security purposes. Logs and operational data may be retained for shorter diagnostic windows. You may request deletion of your account subject to residual backup and legal retention limits.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures (access controls, encryption in transit, and encryption at rest for certain secrets). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Protect your mailbox and any credentials you store in the Service.

10. International transfers

The Service may be hosted or supported in the United States and other countries. By using the Service you understand your information may be processed outside your home country, with safeguards appropriate to the providers we use.

11. Your choices

Update profile information in Settings
Disconnect channels or remove stored bot tokens where the product allows
Cancel subscription or stop purchasing credits
Request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us (we may need to verify your identity)

12. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). Do not use the Service if you are under that age.

13. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes will be reflected on this page; continued use after the update constitutes notice of the revised policy where permitted by law.
